BERRY AND LEAF ship orders New Zealand wide, excluding Stewart Island, Great Barrier Island, and the Chatham Islands.
Free Delivery applies to Online Orders that are $75.00 NZD or over.
For Online Orders that are $74.99 NZD or under, there will be a fixed delivery fee of $7.00 NZD.
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your order has been processed. Please note, if you have ordered multiple items, your order may be sent in separate installments (due to stock levels and availability).
We process orders daily, so if the product/s are in stock in store we aim to have them ready for dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. We endeavour to have all online orders dispatched within 10 working days of receiving them.
Once your order is with our courier partners, New Zealand wide deliveries typically take between 7 – 10 working days following dispatch.

During sale periods there may be a delay in delivery time due to high volume of orders.
Public Holidays
Please be aware we are closed during public holiday / holiday periods which may impact stock availability and delivery times. BERRY AND LEAF will endeavour to process orders as best we can and keep customers informed as to approximate delivery times.
Signature Required
All deliveries within New Zealand will typically require a signature on delivery. However we note with COVID-19 restrictions in place, this may not be possible. Where possible on receipt of your Goods, please inspect the carton for damage before you sign for them. Please DO NOT ACCEPT any delivery that has any sign of damage. BERRY AND LEAF is not liable for any goods that are damaged during transit.
