Cancellations & Refunds

How do I cancel or modify my order?

You can engage in a live chat on our website or send us an email at contact@berryandleaf.co.nz, including your order number. We are here to assist you. Kindly be aware that you can cancel your order within 120 minutes of placing it, as it enters the dispatch stage thereafter.

When will I receive my refund?

If you cancel your order, the refund process usually takes 7 working days. In case you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us via live chat or email at contact@berryandleaf.co.nz.

I received a wrong item

To receive a replacement, please send us an email at contact@berryandleaf.co.nz with an image of the received product and your order number.

Missing items

If an item is missing from your order, kindly send an email to contact@berryandleaf.co.nz with your order number, and we will gladly send the missing item to you.

Can I return the product received?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on food and beverage products. However, if you receive a broken or damaged product, please email us at contact@berryandleaf.co.nz with images of the damage product for us to review.

For us to consider a replacement for a broken or damaged product, please email us images of the damaged item along with your order number within 48 hours of delivery. Send the email to contact@berryandleaf.co.nz. BERRY AND LEAF will hold discretion on the replacement or refund of products.

Instant Coffee – Blend

What is the difference between freeze-dried coffee and spray-dried coffee?

Freeze-dried coffee is created by freezing brewed coffee and then extracting the water through a special process, preserving its flavor and aroma. On the other hand, spray-dried coffee is made by spraying hot, concentrated coffee onto hot air, which quickly dries it, resulting in a lighter and more soluble powder form.

What is the composition of Freeze-Dried Coffee

BERRY AND LEAF coffee is a delicate blend of approx. 94% bold Arabica and 6% full-body Robusta beans which gives it a sweet, refined aroma.

How much caffeine is present in this instant coffee?

Our Country Bean Blend instant coffee contains approx 3.8% of caffeine in one 50g jar.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Net Banking, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express cards issued by banks in New Zealand and overseas.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping as an option

Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days. Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be sent to you via email. If you encounter difficulty in tracking your order, please reach out to us via chat or email at contact@berryandleaf.co.nz.

Delivery Time-frame?

Depending on your location orders are typically delivered in 6-7 working days.

Change my address or phone number?

To update your order details, please email us at contact@berryandleaf.co.nz with your order number and new address within 60 minutes of placing the order. Please note that once an order is dispatched, we cannot recall it.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders above NZD75.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we aim to make it available in the near future.

How can I get a GST bill with my GST number mentioned?

We issue GST bills with every order, but currently, we are unable to accommodate individual GST numbers. However, for corporate orders over $250, we can include your GST number.
